Starkweather Roofing, Inc ("SRI") is an Arizona corporation founded by Jeff and Diane Starkweather.  It is a licensed and bonded company that installs numerous roof systems including built-up and modified, both hot and cold applied; single-ply roof membranes, E.P.D.M, T.P.O and PVC, shingle, tile, foam and architectural metal roofs.  In addition, SRI uses a wide variety of coatings and has exemplary roof maintenance and roof cleaning programs.

Our staff is experienced in troubleshooting existing roof problems, specifications writing and budgeting for future projects.  Starkweather Roofing, Inc. (SRI) is certified by material manufacturers as required to assure the proper installation of the following systems: built-up roofs, modified bitumen roofs, shingle roofs (compositions and wood), tile roof, polyurethane foam roofs, elastomeric roof coatings, along with numerous walk-decking and waterproofing systems.  Our goals are to provide our customers with the highest standards of workmanship while minimizing any disturbance.  We strive to bring the job in on schedule and within budget while providing our employees with a safe work environment.

SRI's completed projects range from re-roofs on restaurants and single-occupancy buildings to shopping centers, apartment complexes, warehouses and schools.  One such project was an apartment complex in which 18 buildings were re-roofed with no reported leaks in the first three years of re-roofing.

After initial contact with a client, our team members evaluate the condition of the client's roof and the roof design.  Taking into consideration the client's projected budget and building needs, we provide the best available options to comply with the current building codes and meet the economic needs of the client.  Once the job is scheduled with as little interference to the tenant's daily operations as possible, the job is closely monitored to assure adherence to contract provisions and the safety of all involved.  Jeff Starkweather's daily involvement in the project permits him to quickly and efficiently resolve any unusual conditions of problems that may arise, and assure completion of projects on schedule.
