Safety

Starkweather Roofing provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and all others on our construction sites.

Our full-time safety director,  Jeffery Starkweather, promotes our written injury and illness prevention program in order to provide a safe and healthy workplace, administers our safety program.

Jeffrey is responsible for ensuring our crews are properly trained and audited on their safety procedures. 
He started with SRI as a roofer, and has worked his way up to this position.  Jeffery has spent his entire life around the roofing industry.

Starkweather enjoys an excellent safety record and one of the lowest insurance modifiers in the industry.  Safety is the utmost concern; therefore we have dedicated ourselves to promoting an injury-free work environment.

We are committed to our safety program consistent with good construction practices, which creates an attitude of safety consciousness in general management, field and shop supervisors and our employees.

Starkweather Roofing further provides continuing safety education and training for all of their employees on an on-going basis.
